Confidence is not some bold self-belief directed at others.
Confidence is quiet. Confidence is a natural expression of ability, expertise, and self-regard.
winners all over the world share some common traits, likewise confident people too
They take a stand not because they think they are always right, but because they are not afraid to be wrong.
If we do not fear the failure, it is evident that we perform freely....... as Gandhiji said"courage is not absence of fear....it is acting in spite of it"
They listen more than they speak.
Truly confident people are quiet and unassuming. They already know what they think; they want to know what others think and they do not want to impose their ideas on others....
They freely ask for help.
Many people feel asking for help is a sign of weakness; but Confident people are secure enough to admit a weakness. So they often ask others for help, not only because they are secure enough to admit they need help but also because they know that when they seek help they pay the person they ask a huge compliment.
They aren't afraid to look silly..,
when we are truly confident, we don't mind occasionally being in a situation where we aren't at your best.
And, oddly enough, people tend to respect us more for this
They seek approval only from the people who really matter.
we might have a great number of virtual friend and followers....but how does all these "friends" weigh in comparison to people to whom we matter and who matter to us.
they know that they cannot impress everybody.....what really matters is getting the work done....great work speaks for itself,it does not need approvals of everybody....
